As members of Femini, in the last two years we have been focusing on rivers and examining the extended concept of water networks through the philosophical lens of hydrofeminism .
In Budapest, the Danube is more than a landscape: from the drinking fountains in the park, through old and new pipes to the filter jugs at home, or from re-cups just before closing– we too drink the water of the Danube.
In this performative water tasting, we invite you to get to know the competition: the various medicinal mineral waters.
The program offers an opportunity to reinterpret the everyday act of drinking water within a slightly more ceremonial and sensory-focused framework. While bromine waters improve the thyroid, sulphuric ones are rather recommended for rheumatism. But which one will you truly like? Does it evoke a memory in you? Would you rather pair it with poultry or fish dishes?
