Protocols in place to stop the spread of Covid-19 during PLACCC 2020
When organizing PLACCC Festival 2020 the safety of our audience and our invited artists is our primary concern.
This is why we will be adhering to the following safety protocols.
In the case of our outdoor programmes:
– Re:walking the city – During our outdoor walks we advise participants to wear their mask appropriately (covering nose and mouth), and to keep a safe distance from each other.
– VASS Imre: part_time_job – Audience members may not enter the shop premises where the dance performance is taking place, but may watch it through the window from the street. We advise everyone to wear their maskappropriately (covering nose and mouth), and to keep a safe distance from each other.
– Windstilleven installation – The artwork is set up outdoors, but we still advise everyone to wear their mask appropriately (covering nose and mouth), and to keep a safe distance from each other.
In the case of our indoor programmes:
– Red in the city pop-up exhibition
. We ask that only 2 people be in the exhibition space at once.
. Proper wearing of the mask (covering nose and mouth) in the exhibition space is mandatory.
. We will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance, and ask visitors to use it.
. The exhibition space will be cleaned and disinfected before it opens on both days.
– Ziggurat Project: AWE
. Proper wearing of the mask (covering nose and mouth) in Spider Club is mandatory.
. Body temperature of audience members will be checked at the entrance. The performance may only be attended by guests who show no symptoms.
. We will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance, and ask visitors to use it.
. Audience members will be seated on pillows spaced appropriately apart.
. Audience members will be registered as per data management rules to aid in possible contact tracing. Organizers will retain the information gathered for 30 days after the performance. The required data sheet can be filled out on site before the performance.
. The room will be cleaned and disinfected before the performance by the staff at Spider Club.
We retain the right to change the program according to current guidelines.
